Lisa "LeLe" Lynette Owens, 50, of NLR, Ark., departed this life September 23, 2019. She is preceded in death by: father, Theodist Owens Sr.; mother, Modena Owens; brother, Charles Edward Owens.
She leaves to cherish her memory: siblings, Calvin, Marilyn, Theodist Jr. and Darlene Owens; a host of other family and friends.
