John Marvin Harper

John Marvin Harper a longtime Redfield resident, passed away Monday September 23 at Saline Memorial Hospital in Benton. Marvin was born on November 22, 1946 to John William Harper and Elvie Texas McBurnett Harper. He is preceded in death by both of his parents, brothers Roland, Butch, Harper; George Frank Harper, Kirkland Ward Harper, and Jackson Hal Harper; two sisters Pamela Faye Harper and Sarah Bell Rowles Wilkins. Survivors include one brother William Harold Harper; and two sisters Gailia Rita Harper Thomas and Helen Harper Moseley. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins. There will be a memorial to celebrate his life held at 11 a.m. on Saturday, October 5th. at the American Legion Building on River Road in Redfield, Arkansas. Family and Friends are invited to attend.
