Jackie Russell Lamb

Jackie Russell Lamb, 86 of Jacksonville, passed away September 27, 2019. He was born September 22, 1933 in Byng, Oklahoma to Ed and Ada (Sheehan) Lamb. Jack married Thetus Holman on January 4, 1952. He was a member of the First Assembly of God of Jacksonville, where he served as Praise and Worship leader, as well as a deacon, and Sunday School superintendent. Jack loved all sports, especially baseball. He loved the Razorbacks and the St. Louis Cardinals. Jack is preceded in death by his wife, Thetus, and granddaughter Ashley Lamb. He is survived by his daughter, Diana Toland (Phillip); three sons, Gary Lamb (Cathy), Eddie Lamb (Kathy) and Tommy Lamb (Pam); eleven grandchildren, and fourteen great-grandchildren. The family would like to extend their gratitude for the wonderful care Arkansas Hospice and Greystone Nursing and Rehab provided for Jack during his stay. Family will receive friends from 3 -5 p.m., Sunday September 29, 2019 at Smith – North Little Rock Funeral Home. Funeral service will be at First Assembly of God Jacksonville,221 N.
