Lynda Rainwater Black

Lynda Rainwater Black, age 68, of Van Buren passed away on Wednesday, September 25, 2019. She was born September 8, 1951 in Fort Smith, Ark., to Wallace Graham Rainwater and Waneve Scott Rainwater. She was a faithful member of Christ the King Catholic Church and was an Emergency Room Registered Nurse. She will be missed, but her legacy will continue on through the many people who loved and cared for her. Lynda is preceded in death by her parents; her uncle, J.A. Rainwater; and one aunt, Joann Rainwater. Surviving her is her husband, Terry Black of Van Buren; her sons, Ryan C. Black and Joshua E. Black, both of Little Rock; one sister, Donna Chapman of Springdale; her cousins, Lou Ann Cagle of Van Buren, Larry J. Rainwater of Muldrow, Oklahoma; and many other extended family members and friends.
