Phyllis Ann Gulash

Phyllis Ann Gulash, 73, of Rogers, Ark., passed away September 23, 2019 at her home. She was born August 6, 1946 in Grand City, Ill., the daughter of the late Al and Mildred Sharleville. She worked for Mercy Hospital as an ICU Secretary for 30 years and was a member of the St. Stephen Catholic Church. She enjoyed fishing, gardening and to travel. She is survived by her husband George Gulash of the home. Memorial Services will be 10 a.m. Thursday; October 3, 2019 at St. Stephen Catholic Church in Bentonville, Ark.
