Clarence Howell

CLARENCE "CHUCK" HOWELL, 70, passed away September 28, 2019. He was born January 8, 1949 in Little Rock, Arkansas to the late Clyde and Blanch Howell. In addition to his parents, Clarence was preceded in death by three sisters; a brother; and son, Anthony Howell. Chuck was a loving husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather and friend who will be missed by all who were privileged to know him. He is survived by his wife of 48 years, Angela Howell; son, Lucas Howell; daughter, Farrah Howell; five grandchildren; two great-grandchildren and a host of extended family and friends.
