JAMES TRUMAN GOODSON, 76, of Little Rock passed away Sunday, September 29, 2019. He was born July 22, 1943 in Roland, Arkansas to the late Cab Ward, Sr. and Mary Octalee Jernigan Goodson. He was preceded in death by his parents; loving wife, of 46 years Sandra Goodson; granddaughter, Afton Goodson; brothers, Joe, Cab, Jr., Sam, Dick, Jack Goodson and sisters, Ruth France, Mildred Morris and Carolyn Maness. Truman is survived by his children, Angela (Teal) Tollett, Bart (Karen Sue) Goodson, Karen (Benny) Richards and Chad (Jennifer) Goodson; twelve grandchildren, eleven great-grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews and friends. Truman was a Master Electrician for over 50 years. He enjoyed fishing, deer hunting, gardening and going to the horse races with his family. His true passion was treasure hunting for anything from antiques to scrap metal and his generous heart that will be missed by all. A visitation will be from 6-8 p.m., Tuesday, October 1, 2019 at Smith – North Little Rock Funeral Home. Services will be at 11 a.m., Wednesday, October 2, 2019 at the funeral home.
