Anna Jean "Jeanie" Burton Robinson, 67, of Tull, took the hand of Jesus on July 31, 2020. She was born on October 15, 1952, in Little Rock, Ark. to James Leslie "Pal" Burton and Una Fern Evans Burton. She was preceded in death by her parents. Jeanie is survived by her husband of 49 years, H.D. Robinson; sons, Ricky Dee Robinson and Troy Don (Angela Michelle) Robinson; grandchildren, Cash, Corbin, Anna and Bennet all of Tull; brother, Don Burton; and many beloved nieces and nephews. Although she had many good friends she cherished, she had three special life-long friends she considered sisters, Diane Teague, Wanda Valachovic and Cathy Harrison; they shared many special times and laughs together. Jeanie was a member of Saline Missionary Baptist Church in Tull and loved helping with many of the church groups. She graduated from Bauxite High School in 1970 and had a long working career. Jeanie retired from J&S Manufacturing in 2018 after 35 years of service to a family of coworkers she considered good friends. She considered Roeun Emmons a special work friend. She was always grateful that God had placed her with that company. Jeanie loved sports and the outdoors. She loved to travel and most of all, loved her family and prided herself in cooking for them. Jeanie was loved by many and a friend to all. Pallbearers will be Keith Hammer, Johnny Harrison, Danny Heidelburg, Quinn McCormick, Russell Burton and Don Bryant. Her celebration of life by Ashby Funeral Home will be 11 a.m. on Monday, August 3rd at the Family Life Center at Saline Missionary Baptist Church at Tull, Ark., with Bro. Kim Hammer officiating. Burial will follow at Ebenezer Cemetery. Visitation will be Sunday, Ashbys, 6:00 p.m. until 8 p.m. Online guestbook at www.ashbyfuneralhome.com
