Marvin Eugene Buffalo

Marvin Eugene Buffalo, 80, died August 4, 2020 at St. Vincent Hospice in Little Rock, Ark. He was born December 13, 1939, in Hamilton, Ark., the son of Adolph and Martha Buffalo. Marvin was a member of Landmark Baptist Church in England, Ark., where he served as church treasurer for many years. He volunteered with the England Fire Department for 25 years and served as chief. After selling his Napa Auto Parts store in England, Marvin was employed as Parts Manager at AGPRO/John Deere until his retirement in 2012. Marvin was loved and respected by all who knew him because of his genuine, helpful nature and consummate work ethic. In addition to his parents, Marvin was predeceased by his twin brothers, Harry (Nancy) Buffalo and Larry (Brenda) Buffalo. Surviving in addition to his wife, Hannah Shaw Buffalo, are his son, Terry Buffalo: step-children, Rosemary Pate Custer (Richard) and Dr. Bradley Pate (Suzanne); five adoring grandchildren, Lewis Custer, Josie Custer, Anna Custer, Sarah Custer, and Charlotte Pate; three sisters, Miriam Byrum (Jimmy), Judy Moran (John), and Marsha Ball; one brother, Bobby Dan Buffalo (Joy); and many nieces and nephews. The funeral will be a graveside service on August 7, 2020, 10 a.m., at Hamilton Cemetery, Hamilton, Ark., with Pastor Jim Byrum officiating.
