Cindi Lou Ard, 69, of Bismarck, Ark., went to be with the Lord August 25, 2020. She was born June 28, 1951, in Pine Bluff, to William Floyd and Marjorie Lucille Spurlock Foster. Mrs. Ard received her education at Pine Bluff High School. She had worked 29 years for Simmons Bank retiring from the bank card separtment. Mrs. Ard enjoyed camping, cooking, gardening and spending time with friends and family, especially her great-grandchildren. She was a member of Lakeside United Methodist Church and Providence Missionary Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her first husband, Michael Rose; her second husband, James Russell Ard; her mother; sister, Vicki Floyd Foster; stepmother, Carolyn "Mimi" Foster. Survivors include her daughter, Mary Ann Romine of Bismarck; son, Jared Michael Rose (Julie) of Louisiana; her father, W.F. "Bill" Foster of Hot Springs; stepsons, Bryan Ard of Malvern, and Gordan Ard of Crystal Springs; brother, Lyle Foster (Lael) of Little Rock; sisters, Rhonda Gardner of Camden, and Lisa Melton (Scott) of Bellevue, Neb.; grandchildren, Katelynne Frazier (Nick), Kyle Johnston, Lauren Rose, Olivia Rose, Hunter Romine and Lucille Rose; great-grandchildren, Ezra Johnston, Emmett Johnston and Trinity Frazier; along with a host of nieces and nephews. Visitation will be held Friday, August 28, 2020, at Robinson's from 5-7 p.m. Graveside service by Ralph Robinson & Son will be 10:00 a.m., Saturday, August 29, 2020, at Providence Cemetery with Reverend Doyle Caldwell, Reverend John Michael Romine and Reverend Lance Walker officiating.
