Maxine Phipps

Maxine Phipps, 52, of Little Rock, formerly of Omaha, Neb., passed away on Wednesday, August 19, at Baptist Health Medical Center in Little Rock. Her daughter; a son; four grandchildren; one brother; seven sisters; and host of other relatives and friends survive her. Funeral services will be held on Saturday afternoon, August 29 at 3 p.m. at Holy Tabernacle Church, 484 Branch Road in Holly Grove.
