Frances Irene Cypert

Frances Irene Cypert, 95, of Searcy, was born to Frank and Anna Mae Hinson Feltrop in West Point. She passed away at her home on December 15, 2020. She is preceded in death by her parents and husband Fred Emerson Cypert. Irene is survived by her children Freda Morgan, Marvin Cypert (Lela), Terry Cypert (Stephanie), Jon Cypert (Deanna) and Patrick Cypert (Mary). Her ten grandchildren; Jamie Ausburn, Farah Robbins, Brandy Lyons, Sunny Boehm, Jake Cypert, Christopher Cypert, Derek Cypert, Matthew Cypert, Elissa Pascoe and Hannah Cypert called her Grandmother, Mimi or Ma as did her nine great-grandchildren. Great-grands; Peregry and Aidan Robbins; Marshall Cypert, Valerie, Ivy Lane, Arlo Lyons, Jonathan and Lindlly Cypert, and Jett Cypert; and her sister Anna Beth Redmond. Irene graduated from Maple Wood Richmond Heights High School in Missouri in 1943 and returned with her family to West Point. She worked at the Arkansas Ordinance Plant in Jacksonville then as a elementary teacher in Georgetown where she met Fred Cypert. They were married in July of 1946. She was a farm wife, gardener, excellent cook and seamstress but her proudest accomplishment was her five children. Graveside Service will be held Saturday, December 19, at 10 a.m., at White County Memorial Gardens in Searcy. In lieu of flowers memorial gifts may be given to Bethany Baptist Church, Main St, Georgetown, Ark., 72143, or Daughters of the Other Side, PO Box 602, Searcy, Ark., 72145, or to a favorite cause.
