Thomas E. McKeller, 83, of Little Rock, joined his Heavenly Father on July 29, 2020. He was born in Prescott, Ark., on July 10, 1937, to Thomas Olin and Maurine (Ray) McKeller. He graduated from Little Rock Central High in 1955 and attended Little Rock University for two years before beginning a 39-year career with Southwestern Bell Telephone Company. He was a Tech Sgt. for 16 years in the Arkansas Air National Guard. Tom was a 32nd-degree Mason and a long-time member of the Brady Masonic Lodge, where he served as Grand Master and Chaplain. He was an avid deer hunter and a long-time member of Red Hill Hunting Club in Chidester, Ark. Tom obtained his private pilot's license in 1976, and flew many hours with his job with the telephone company and for his own pleasure. He truly loved flying.
Survived by his loving wife of 53 years, Judith H. McKeller; son, Douglas E. McKeller (Kim) of St. Johns, Fla.; daughters, Kristen M. Darnell (Tim) of Conway, Ark.; Tonye Adler (Ken) of Nashville, Tenn.; he was a wonderful "Paw Paw" to his grandchildren, Ashleigh Darnell of Conway; Samantha, Connor and Mia McKeller of St. Johns, Fla.; Alexandria Adler of Nashville, Tenn.; and his brother, John M. McKeller (Jennifer) of Mabelvale, Ark.; and a niece and nephew.
Graveside services with Masonic rites will be 12:00 p.m., Saturday, August 1, 2020, at Forest Hills Cemetery, with the Reverend Steven Tiner officiating, under the direction of Griffin Leggett Healey & Roth, Little Rock.
