Teresa Lynn Brewer

Teresa Lynn Brewer, age 72, of Jacksonville, Ark., passed away Thursday, March 12, 2020, in Judsonia, Ark. She was born January 8, 1948, in Fulton, Ky., to Mai Dea Akin Carver and Billy Carver. Teresa spent many years working as a customer service manager for the Commissary on various U.S. Air Force Bases while married to James Gatherings of Jackson, Tenn. At her death, Teresa was a widow to Paul Brewer of Jacksonville. They enjoyed 20 years of marriage, devoted to one another. Her hobbies included traveling, reading and playing computer games. Teresa was preceded in death by her mother, Mai Dea Traywick; father, Billy Traywick; husband, Paul Brewer; and one great-grandchild, Liam Wolverton. She is survived by two children, Michael Corrado III of Cabot, and Stephanie Holder of Searcy; two grandchildren, Brittany Wolverton of Searcy, and Brandon Hodges of Pine Bluff; and three great-grandchildren, Skyler, Caden, and Greyson Wolverton of Searcy. Memorial services are 2 p.m., Saturday, March 21, 2020, at Moore's Jacksonville Funeral Home. Memorials may be made to the Alzheimer's Foundation of America.
