Juanita Faye Smith (Juanita Faye Holleman) was born September 8, 1927 to Clarence and Jessie Holleman. She departed for her heavenly home on March 19, 2020---the first day of spring. Juanita was a warm, loving woman who taught Sunday school and was an active church member. She loved to sew and paint, as well as producing beautiful flowers in her garden. Her husband Dan preceded her in death. She is survived by two daughters, Carolyn Adams and her husband Roy, as well as Mary Sue Farmer and her husband Deane. She had grandchildren who she adored-Jeff, Megan (Rachel) and Peter (Katya) as well as great grandchildren-Micah and Tucker. She is also survived by beloved brothers and sister-Bob (Cathy), Ruth (Ozier), Larry (Barbara), Mac (Sandy). Her other siblings Bill and Don preceded her in death. Her brothers and sisters (as well as their spouses) were a constant source of support and love. She also had a special relationship with nieces and nephews, but in particular, she was thankful for the love and support of her niece Kay Calvert and her husband Mike and their sons Jackson and Isiah. Her many domino friends made her weeks special as they always came together weekly to play dominos, even after she moved into assisted living. While at assisted living, she had one special care taker who went above and beyond and made her life wonderful, Ashley. She was thankful, as was the family, for the kindness and love shown by Ashley. A life well lived; Juanita will be missed by so many. All services are private, a Celebration of Life Service will be announced at a later date. Arrangements by Moore's Jacksonville Funeral Home, Jacksonville, Arkansas. (501) 982-2136. www.mooresjacksonvillefuneralhome.com.
