Wendell Marion Leckbee

Wendell M. Leckbee, December 16,1940-May 2, 2020. Wendell was welcomed into Heaven on May 2nd. He was born in Novelty, Missouri to James and Grace Leckbee. He is preceded in death by his parents and his brother, Raymond Leckbee of Colorado. He is survived by his wife of almost 60 years, Flora Leckbee; daughter, Kimberly Koch (Ronnie); and son, Shawn Leckbee (Vicki); brother, John Leckbee; and sister, Mary Townsend (Bill); and grandchildren, Patrick Leckbee, Nathan Leckbee, Lauren Koch and Easton Tostado; along with numerous nieces and nephews and other family and friends whom he loved dearly. Wendell was a member of First Free Will Baptist Church of North Little Rock for 53 years where he served the Lord in a number of ways - Deacon, Sunday School Teacher, member of Master's men, State Clerk of AR FWB, church treasurer, and on the board of Family Ministries. He retired as a Regional Director for Standard Life. There will be a Graveside Service on Friday, May 8, at 10 a.m. at Fowler Cemetery Adona, Arkansas. Due to COVID-19, the family requests attendees practice social distancing and wear a face mask.
