Johnny Ray Armstrong, Little Rock, transitioned unexpectedly in St. Louis, Mo. Survivors include mother, Johnnie P. Armstrong, father, Fred Armstrong; son, Johnny Armstrong Jr., brothers, Jessie C. Armstrong, and Reginald B. Armstrong; sisters, Lottie M Carroll Armstrong, and Mattie L Brewer: nieces, nephews & friends. Public Visitation 1-5 p.m. Friday at Ruffin & Jarrett Funeral Home. Burial will at Arkansas State Veterans Cemetery. Services entrusted to Ruffin & Jarrett Funeral Home, 1200 S Chester St., Little Rock.
