Charles Edward Sapp

Charles Edward Sapp, was born June 15, 1955, to the late Irvin and Goldie Sapp Smith. Charles was given entrance beyond the golden gates of heaven on Friday, November 6, 2020, at the age of 65. Preceding him in death: brothers, Artis Sapp and Leroy Smith. Survivors include: Bertha Hoskins, Janie Allen, Dorothy Johnson and Betty Rich; and brothers, Sandy Smith, III, McKinley Sapp and Rayeful Evans Sapp. Memorial service will be held Saturday, November 14, 2020, at 11 a.m., at Ruffin & Jarrett Funeral Home, 1200 Chester Street, Little Rock, Ark., (501) 372-1305. Masks are required and social spacing is observed.
