Danny Ray Greenfield

Fort Smith, AR, 1940 - 2020

Danny Ray Greenfield passed away in Fort Smith, Ark., Wed, Nov. 11, 2020. Born in Fort Smith, June 16, 1940, he spent his early years in Mountainburg, Ark., then graduated Van Buren High School in 1959 where he played football, basketball, baseball and ran track for Coach Clair Bates.
Preceded in death by his parents, John T. & Imogene Osburn Greenfield and his wife, Carolyn Gilstrap Greenfield. He is survived by his son, Ripper Greenfield & Rip's wife, Paula Rhodes Greenfield and their children Hudson, Holton and Haven Greenfield, all of Austin, Texas. Sisters, Terrill Gregg (Batesville, Ark.), Sandy Greenfield (San Diego, Calif.) and brother, Jerry Greenfield (Alma, Ark.). Danny was a loving husband, father, grandfather, brother and friend.
Visitation: Community Bible Church (9201 S. Dallas St. Fort Smith, Ark.) Mon, Nov. 16, 2020, 12 p.m. Celebration of Life Service - 1 p.m.
Cremation and services are entrusted to Edwards Funeral Home.
