JOSEPH C. MOIX, 88, of Little Rock, Ark., passed from life September 15, 2020. Following a Catholic Mass at Our Lady of Good Counsel Church he was laid to rest at Calvary Cemetery with his family, grandchildren, and friends at his side. Survived by his wife, Doris Finley Moix, whom he loved dearly; his daughter, Beth Haag (Skeet); sons, David (Helen), Mark, Steven (Bety), and Phillip (Joy); 11 grandchildren, five great-grandchildren; twin sister, Josephine, and sister, Catherine. He donated countless hours of his time to the church. He was a faithful husband, father, businessman, farmer, arborist, and friend. He put God and family first and raised his family with love. He never met a stranger, was an early riser, always on time. He was tough as steel, a heart of gold, a firm handshaker, a problem solver. He carried the weight so his family would have a good life. He enjoyed woodworking, yard work, scotch, and quail hunting with his faithful birddogs. He served in the Arkansas National Guard. Some would call him Superman. We just call him Dad. Dad, thank you for all you did! "Well I be damn"! Plant a tree in his memory. Online guestbook at www.smithfamilycares.com.
