Junie Verneil Kissinger of Beebe, Arkansas, passed from this life on October 7, 2020. She was born August 2, 1923 to the late William Franklin "Bill" and Myrtie Williams. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Willard Truman "Chick" Kissinger; son, Willard Gerald "Rudy" Kissinger (Yolanda); sisters, Hazel Thomas and Lovella Williams, and a brother, Lloyd Williams. She is survived by her daughter, Peggy Johnson Hamby (Kenneth); brother, Franklin Edward Williams (Kay); grandchildren, Teri Roper (Dwayne), Stephen Johnson (Patricia), Scott Kissinger, Bradley Kissinger (Cassie), Allen Hamby (Ronaee`), Charles Louis Hamby (Jan), Sharon Lebrand and; a host of great grandchildren, great-great grandchildren, great-great-great grandchildren, nieces and nephews. Mrs. Kissinger had a long, prosperous and healthy life. She was a hard worker and someone that lived a moderate and happy life. She loved her church and attended the Northside Church of Christ in Beebe. She retired from Franklin Electric and lived in Jacksonville until moving in with her daughter. She will be dearly missed by those who knew and loved her. Visitation will be 5:00-7:00 p.m. Friday at Smith-Westbrook Funeral Home, Beebe. Graveside service will be 1:00 p.m. Saturday, October 10, 2020 at Rest Hills Memorial Park. State of Arkansas COVID-19 directives: Face coverings required at all times, maintain social distancing.
