STEVIN R. GOLNIK of Little Rock was born July 14, 1953 and passed away at his home on October 17, 2020. He was born in Kansas City, Mo., to the late Naomi Ruth Ranguette and Frederick Albert Golnik. He is survived by his loving wife and constant companion Irene Murphy-Golnik. He was a devout Christian and faithful servant of the Lord. He served for 30 years in the United States Army prior to retirement and most recently served as a hospital chaplain at UAMS Cancer Institute. He also actively supported Caring Heart's Ministry for the poor, homeless and disabled Veterans community. He leaves many loving friends at St. James United Methodist Church and in the Walton Heights community. He is survived by his wife Irene of 12 years and her children, James and Colleen and four grandsons; as well as his dear sister Deb Mashapa; and his beloved step children, Michael Harvey Kinder, Daniel Elliott Kinder, David Everett Kinder and Charles Logan Williams and Roanna Marie Mikko; as well as a host of many grandchildren and great-grandchildren. A family interment will take place in Kentucky at a later date.
