Windell Bates

Windell Bates, 46, of Little Rock, Ark., departed this life September 13, 2020. He is preceded in death by his parents, Jimmy Lee Bates and Mary Lee Bates. He leaves to cherish in his memory his wife, Nakisha Bates; children, Breanna Bates, Whitney Bates, Danaysia Byington, and Nakira Bates; siblings, Kyra Cunning, Jimmy Bates, and Alfred Kennedy; three grandchildren, and a host of other relatives and friends.
