William Clifton Bell

William Clifton Bell, 95, of Pine Bluff, passed away Thursday, September 17, 2020, at Arkansas Convalescent Center. Mr. Bell was born June 25, 1925, in Rison, Ark., to the late John Cleveland and Donie Caroline O'Banion Bell. He grew up and received his education in Cleveland County. Mr. Bell worked in maintenance at Planter's Cotton Oil Mill in Pine Bluff for many years. He is survived by his wife, Anna Mae Sebourn Bell of Pine Bluff; one son, David W. Bell of Pine Bluff; three daughters, Carolyn S. Maddox of Sheridan, Sarah E. Morrison of El Dorado, and Donna R. Orton of Pine Bluff; eight grandchildren; five step-grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; eight step great-grandchildren; and two sisters, Annette Seamans and Eloise Reed, both of Pine Bluff. Mr. Bell was predeceased by his parents; sons, Johnny Clifton Bell and Jimmy Paul Bell; brother, Otis Bell, twin brothers, Billy and Bobby Bell; four sisters, Ruby Parrish, Lois Sebourn, Willie May Perkins, and Louise Allred.
