Heaven gained another angel on Sunday, September 20, 2020. Bonnie Hamilton Mansur, 88, passed away peacefully in her home with loved ones after a short hospital stay and diagnosis of terminal cancer. Born May 19, 1932, in Casa, Ark., she was loved by many as a daughter, wife, mother, MeeMaw, and friend. Bonnie worked as a professional bookkeeper for several companies in Little Rock, including 555 Auto Supply, Capital Equipment and Royal Overhead Door, before retiring in 1993. She had a zest for life and enjoyed many memories with family and friends spending time camping, golfing, fishing, gardening, playing cards and dice, badminton, crocheting and road trip picnics. She was known as the "Yahtzee Queen" and master of "Fish Fries" and hush puppies. Many memories were made during weekly Sunday dinners and at Lake Conway with her husband of 52 years, Robert "PawPaw" Mansur. She often called nature and their lakefront home her "therapy." She will be missed for her love of birds, gardening and cooking tips and just being "MeeMaw." Preceded in death by her parents, Roy and Rosa Hamilton; daughter, Lannette Lovett; husband, Robert Mansur, brothers, Jack and Garland Hamilton,; sisters, Alma Jones, Mabel Hamilton, and Modean Stevenson.
