Janis Barker

Janis Barker (Diane Cates), 69, of Beebe, Ark. went to be with the Lord Friday January 15, 2021. She was born to Melton Cates and Christine King on May 18, 1951. Diane was a Baptist and a convenience store clerk. Diane was preceded in death by her parents and one grandchild. She is survived by two daughters, Ashley Rowsey (Joe) of Beebe, Ark., Angela Pittman (Josh) of North Little Rock, Ark.; four grandchildren, Mikah Holladay (Tyler) of England, Arkansas, Destiny Farrow of North Little Rock, Ark., Alexis Pittman of North Little Rock, Ark., and Joey (Brianna) Rowsey of Searcy, Ark.; five great grandchildren, Camryn Fisher of England, Ark., Ariella Pittman, Milani Pittman and Chandler Pittman all of North Little Rock, Ark., and Opal Rowsey of Searcy, Ark., four brothers, Tommy (Shirley) Cates of Sherrill, Ark., Skip (Sherry) Cates of Vilonia, Ark., Dennis (Debbie) Cates of Cabot, Ark. and Ronnie (Michael) Cates of North Little Rock, Ark.; one sister Donna (Jerry) Jackson of McRae, Ark. along with a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and extended family. A walk through visitation will be Sunday, January 17, 2021 at Roller England Funeral Home from 5–7 p.m. A graveside memorial service will be at Mulberry Cemetery, England, Ark. on Monday, January 18, 2021 at 2 p.m. All attendees must provide and wear their own masks and practice social distancing.
