Wanda Faye Pearce

Wanda Faye Pearce, age 90, formerly of Bradford, Ark. died Friday, January 15, 2021 at White River Medical Center, Batesville, Ark. She was born July 14, 1930 at Bradford to Cletus and Ora (Steed) Burkett. She was preceded in death by her parents, sister, Roberta McKee, Greenfield, Indiana and two grandchildren, Sara Beth Pearce and Andrew (Andy) Charles Pearce. She is survived by her husband of 72 years, Quentin C. Pearce of Batesville, Ark., formerly of Bradford, Ark. She is also survived by two sons and one daughter, Charles R. (Randy) Pearce and wife Peggy, Quentin H. (Hank) Pearce and wife Tommie both of Batesville, Ark. and Susan C. Johnson and husband, Raymond (Bo) of Bradford, Ark. She is also survived by four grandchildren, Leslie Pearce Gatehouse (Chris), Katie Pearce, Jacob Roberson (Jill) and Jordan Roberson (Emily), three great-grandsons, Jackson and Hudson Roberson and Cason Roberson; as well as, several nieces and nephews. She loved to garden with her parents and was a gifted seamstress. She was a loving, caring mother and homemaker supporting her husband in his farming endeavors and family in everything. She was a member of the Bradford United Methodist Church and loved playing the piano. She always had a smile on her face and a kind word for everyone. May God rest her soul.
