Bessie "Ruth" Dodson Sisk, 96, of Hot Springs Village, formerly of Little Rock, passed away on Friday, January 15, 2021. She was born on June 9, 1924, in Shoal Creek, Logan County, Arkansas, to Ray and Bessie Ewing Dodson. Ruth was one of the most outgoing and fun ladies you'd ever meet. She loved fishing and being on the lake and you could often find her outside in her gardens with her hands in the dirt, but more than anything she loved her family with all her heart. A loving wife, mother, grandmother, and great grandmother, Ruth devoted her life and her heart to the love and care of others and left an impression of joy and laughter with whoever she met. She will be missed but her memory will be cherished and her legacy will continue on through those who loved and cared for her. Ruth is preceded in death by her parents, husband, William M. "Bill" Sisk, and her brother, Ray Dodson. She is survived by her sons, Bill Sisk and wife, Julie, and Bob Sisk and wife, Linda; four grandchildren, Carrie Poston and her husband, Nathan, Jamie Cheek and her husband, Doug, Ashley Gebbia and her husband, Mike, and Robert Sisk; five great-grandsons, one great-granddaughter, and many other extended family members and friends. A Graveside Service will be Monday, January 25, 2021 at 2:30 p.m., at Forest Hills Memorial Park in Alexander. Due to Covid-19 restrictions, face coverings will be required and social distancing will be practiced when in attendance. Please sign the online guestbook at www.rollerfuneralhomes.com\bryant
