Kim Irvin Burns, 60, of Fort Smith, Ark., died on Monday, July 19, 2021. Celebration of Life service will be on Saturday, July 24, 2021, 11 a.m., at St. James Missionary Baptist Church, 4916 High St., Fort Smith, Ark., 72904, with a burial at Oak Cemetery under the direction of Rowell-Parish Mortuary.
He is preceded in death by a brother, Alex Burns; and an uncle, Bowman Burns. Kim is survived by his wife, Dazzle JaJuan Burns, who was the love of his life; three sons: Khayyam Rasheen Burns (Phoebe) of Kansas City, Missouri; Kodi DeSean Burns of Knoxville, Tennessee; and Kenrick Donovan Burns (Aurora) of Fort Worth, Texas; five grandchildren: Kai Bella, Kenleigh Amaya, Khade Rowan, Keziah Aaliyah, and soon to be grandchild number five, one sister, Gayle Frazier of Little Rock, Arkansas, five aunts: Eleanor Burns-Stephenson of Little Rock, Arkansas, Lela Burns of Sherwood, Arkansas; Grace Wallace of Pomona, California; Linda Burns-Hervey of San Jacinto, California; Jean Burns-Johnson of Garden Grove, California; two nephews: Marcell Clemmons of Little Rock, Arkansas; Alex Burns, Jr. of Little Rock, Arkansas; and a host of other relatives and friends.
