James Marcus "Tenny" Hartley, 83, died Sunday. Survivors are his children, Todd Hartley (Marnie), Michael Hartley (Tami), Cole Hartley (Sarah), and Tina McPherson (Brett), all of Stuttgart; and seven grandchildren.
