Jimmy L King

Jimmy L. King, 77, of Humnoke, Ark., left this earth June 20, 2021 to go serve the Lord. He was born and raised in Ripley, Miss., on August 31, 1943 to Rufus Lee and Tina Eugenia King. He moved to Arkansas in the mid 90's and retired from Lennox after 14 years as an engineer. He loved to travel with his wife, Carla Sue King of 12 years. He was a Deacon at Rowe's Chapel Baptist Church which he loved dearly. Jim is survived by his wife, Carla Sue King of Humnoke, Ark.; two daughters, Lisa (Tim) Sanford of New Orleans, La., Carla Reed of Conway, Ark.; one son, Larry King of Canada, one step, Rod (ClaireRita) Rockwell of England, Ark.; one brother, Charlie (Mary) King of Benton, Tenn.; two grandchildren and 13 step grandkids. Jim is preceded in death by his parents, Rufus and Tina King, his first wife, Pat; two daughters, Susan and Tina; one brother, Tom and one sister, Ruby. Funeral services will be on Wednesday, June 23, 2021 at 2 p.m., at Rowe's Chapel Baptist Church. Visitation will be Tuesday, June 22, 201 at Roller England Funeral Home from 6-8 p.m. Burial will be in Flynn Cemetery.
