Truman Ray Brewer

Truman Ray Brewer, age 76, of Springdale, passed away Friday, June 25, 2021. He was born April 16, 1945, in Arlington, Texas, to Floyd and Ida Taylor Brewer. He was preceded in death by his brother, James Brewer. Truman served the Springdale Police Department for many years and retired as the Chief. He is survived by his wife of 53 years, Claudia; two sons, Eric Brewer and his wife Jacqueline of Springdale, Clint Brewer and his wife Shannon of Springdale; his sister, Barbara Boyd of Springdale; three brothers, Jack Brewer of Bossier City, Louisiana, Jerry Brewer of Fayetteville, and Paul Brewer of Hot Springs, Arkansas; four grandchildren, Emily Brewer, Bo McClure, Tyler Yeager, and Hudson Brewer. Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Nelson Berna Funeral Home in Fayetteville. There will be a memorial service at a later time.
