Mitzi Lyn McMann Garlington

Mitzi Lyn McMann Garlington, 62, of Greenbrier, formally of Fordyce, passed away on May 4, 2021, at the Arkansas Heart Hospital in Little Rock. She was born April 1, 1959, in El Dorado, to the late Loyd Glenn McMan and Vada Sue Adams. She is also preceded in death by her brother, David McMann. She was a retired school teacher for over 28 years. Mitzi is survived by her husband, Johnnie "Mike" Garlington of Greenbrier, formally of Fordyce, one son, Travis Garlington and wife Mary of Conway; two grandchildren, Owen and Sawyer Garlington of Conway; one sister, Melanie Robertson and husband Steve of Little Rock; one sister-in-law, Jan Culp of Hot Springs; nephews, Alan Lane Quimby and wife Keturah of Cabot; Cody Culp, his wife Audrey and their children of Fordyce, and Cory Culp, his wife Crystal and their children of Bismark; a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends. Graveside services will be 10 a.m., Friday, May 7, at Stoney Point Cemetery near Fordyce with Rev. Nathan Petty officiating. A visitation will be from 1 until 2 p.m., at Benton Funeral Home Chapel.
