Faye Beatrice Williams, 93, of Little Rock, went to Heaven September 29, 2021. Born October 21, 1927, in Palestine, Ark., she was the daughter of William Irby Rodgers and Ida Jane Howton Rodgers. A graduate of Little Rock High School and Draughon's School of Business. She was a longtime member of the Church of the Nazarene, served as church secretary, and was executive secretary for the Arkansas Chapter of the Girl Scouts of America. She enjoyed cross-stitch, quilting, crossword puzzles, football and camping on the Buffalo River. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Silas Williams; daughter, Jane Elizabeth Williams; three brothers; and two sisters. Survivors are three sons, Harold E. Williams (Brenda) of Ft. Smith, Ark., Gary L. Williams (Susan) of Little Rock, Ark., and Roger D. Williams (Melinda) of Conway, Ark.; six grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; three great-great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews. Graveside service will be 11 a.m. Saturday, October 2, 2021, at Oakland Cemetery, 2101 Barber Avenue, Little Rock 72206 with Rev. Rick Jaggars officiating.
