Roland F Higgins

Roland F. Higgins, 99, of Dardanelle, Ark., died Thursday, September 30, 2021,, at his home. He was born January 25, 1922, in Little Rock, Ark., a son of the late George Roland and Frances (Brown) Higgins. He was also preceded in death by his wife, Clora Higgins, who died April 1, 2015. Mr. Higgins was a retired driver for Railway Express. He enjoyed gardening and woodworking in his spare time. Roland is survived by his son, Ronnie Higgins and wife Cindy Fejfar of Russellville; his daughter, Alinda Higgins of Memphis, Tenn.,; grandchildren, Ron Higgins and wife, Cheryl, of Bauxite; Karyn Adams and husband, Matt, of Maumelle; Danielle Hoeme and husband, Larry, of Springdale, Ark.; Brittany Coffer and husband, Jimmy, of Cabot; Tate Stewart and husband, Brad, of Springdale; and 10 great-grandchildren. Funeral will be 10:00am, Monday, October 4, 2021, in the chapel of Griffin Leggett Healey & Roth, 5800 W 12th Street, Little Rock, Arkansas, with Chaplain Ida Talley officiating.
