Kathryne Ann Jordan

KATHRYNE ANN JORDAN, age 67, passed away on Monday, October 18, 2021, at UAMS. Kathryne entered holy matrimony to the love of her life, Robert D. Jordan, on June 12, 1971. They recently enjoyed their 50th year of marriage in the spring of this year. With this union they reared two sons, Robert Jr. (Dean) and Keith (Keicy). Kathryne was preceded in death by her parents, Malcolm James and Mildred Strayhorn, two sisters, Bobbie Jean McMath, Dorothy Ruth Jordan and one brother, James E. Bruce. She leaves to cherish her memories, husband, Robert D. Jordan, Sr.; sons, Robert D. Jordan, Jr. (Kisher Jordan), Zephaniah Ben Israel (Mayana Israel); Honorary Son, Jimmy Bruce; sisters, Norma Thompson and Dovie Louise Wright; grandchildren, Jessica Nicole Kearney (Brian), Mackenzie, Jaden, Nicholas, Brenden, and Meghan; great grandchildren, Blake (Blakey) and Brianna (BreBre); and a host of nephews, nieces and cousins to mourn her as well. A celebration of Kathryne's life will be held at Superior Funeral Services Chapel, North Little Rock, Monday, October 25th between 1-5 p.m. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, October 26th at Superior Funeral Services at 10:15 a.m., with interment at the Arkansas State Veterans Cemetery in North Little Rock, Tuesday at noon.
