Billie Jo Eddins Taylor, was born May 15, 1927, in Dallas, Texas, and passed away August 30, 2022, in Little Rock, Ark. In 1947, Jo met the love of her life, Marvin Taylor, at Beverly Hills Baptist Church in Dallas where Jo sang in the choir. They were married in 1948 and celebrated 74 years of marriage on August 20, 2022. She was a member of Parkway Baptist Church in Little Rock. Jo was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. She enjoyed providing home-cooked meals for her family. She loved to crochet and over the years made many afghans for family and friends; prayer shawls for seniors, and carloads of caps for the babies at Arkansas Children's Hospital. She also worked for more than 30 years in office management. Jo is survived by husband, Marvin, of Little Rock; children, Clayton (Martha) of Little Rock, and Becky Riemer (Kirk) of Half Moon Bay, Calif.; grandchildren, Jay Taylor and Sam Taylor (Janis); Allison Riemer (Alex) and Andrew Riemer; and great-granddaughter Olivia. A visitation will begin at 1 p.m., on Friday, September 2, 2022, at Roller Chenal Funeral Home in Little Rock. Funeral services will immediately follow at 2 p.m. A private family graveside service to be held on Saturday, September 3, 2022, at Restland Memorial Park in Dallas, Texas.
