Ida Boise Reaves,88, of Benton, Ark., went to her heavenly home on
November 30,2022.
Boise was born October 14, 1934 to her loving parents Moses and Annie Kidd.
After college, Boise began her fulfilling career in education where she taught for 38 years. Boise retired from teaching at Pine Heaven and began serving her community. Boise served the Lord at Our Lady of Fatima Catholic Church in Benton, Ark.
Boise is survived by her sons Stuart (Beth) Reaves and Rev. Phillip Reaves and daughter Sharon (Mike) Niemczyk. Boise leaves behind her grandchildren; Kelley Reaves, Melissa Belknap, Robert Reaves, Edward Niemczyk, and Theresa Barnes; great-grandchildren Charley William and Lumen Reaves.
Boise is preceded in death by her loving husband Gordon Reaves, brothers Bill Kidd and Gean Kidd, and sister Mary Jane Allinson.
A funeral service will be held at Our Lady Fatima Catholic Church in Benton,
Arkansas at 10 a.m., on Monday, December 5, 2022. Burial will follow at
Calvary Cemetery in Little Rock, Ark. A Rosary will be held at Roller-Alcoa
Funeral Home in Benton, Ark., at 6 p.m., on Sunday, December 4, 2022.
Visitation will follow the Rosary 6:30-8:00 at the Roller-Alcoa funeral home.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to Catholic Charities of Arkansas, Our Lady of Fatima School, Bauxite Memorial Museum or Arkansas Hospice.
