Mickey V Hurst

Mickey V. Hurst 94 passed away on November 16, 2022, in Bentonville, Ark. She was born July 9, 1928, in Lumberton, N.C. The daughter of Sandy and Mary Allen. She is survived by her two daughters Sandra and husband Dr. J.T. Turley, Beverly Hendrix; granddaughter Kimberly Stevens and husband Dr. Jeff Stevens; great grandchildren Dr. Jackson Stevens and Brylie Stevens, Sara Reese and husband Vince Reese, Dr. Emily Stevens. After returning back to Northwest Arkansas she became very passionate about the importance of exercise and its benefits to living a healthy life. She was very active in exercise classes at the Rogers Activity Center and was a huge inspiration to her friends in her daily exercise class. She was known as "Great Mick" to her great grandchildren and was always so proud of them. When they addressed her as "Great Mick" she always broke out into a huge smile. Graveside services were Monday; November 21, 2022, at the Douglas Cemetery in Highfill, Arkansas. Memorial contributions may be made to Circle of Life Hospice.
