Harold LeRoy (Sugarman) Burnett, 85, of Paron, died Friday, Dec. 9, 2022. He was born on July 20, 1937. A celebration of life will be held at Hebron Baptist Church 18715 Kanis Road, Little Rock on Friday, Dec. 16, 2022 at 2 p.m., 2022 with a visitation 1 to 2 p.m., before the service.
