Lezlee Holt, of Eureka Springs was killed on Dec. 7 after a single car accident on Highway 62, west of Eureka Springs. A memorial will be held at the Bella Vista Funeral Home at 1 p.m., on Dec. 16. She leaves one survivor, Ame Holt, of Bella Vista. She was predeceased by her parents, Jack B. and Jacque Holt of Little Rock, Steele Holt of Little Rock, and her husband, James Flanery of Bella Vista.
