MICHAEL DUANE CRAVEN, 65, of Jacksonville went to be with the Lord Dec. 3, 2022. He was born June 17, 1957 in Lawrenceburg, Ind. to the late Harlan Lester and Janet Lee (Jennings) Craven. In addition to his parents, Mike was welcomed into Heaven by his brother, Stephen Craven. Mike proudly served his country in the United States Air Force for twenty-one years, retiring as a Master Sergeant, and spent ten years in civil service. His specialty was aerospace maintenance where he earned numerous awards and medals for outstanding service. In his spare time, Mike enjoyed spending time with his family, dogs (all of them), camping, and in his younger years, sports with his sons. Those left to cherish the memories of Mike include his wife of forty-three years, Tamera Craven; his sons, Chris (Robyn), Nick (Tiffany), and Tim (Shelby) Craven; grandchildren, Hayden, Addyson, Amelia, Gandon, Allie, Harley, Emma, and Harlan; siblings, Linda Knauber and Stacie (John) Alexander; his three dogs; and several extended family and friends that loved him dearly. Graveside service will be 1 p.m., Thursday, Dec. 15, 2022 at Arkansas State Veterans Cemetery in North Little Rock. Memorial gathering will be the evening prior, 5-7 p.m., Wednesday, Dec. 14, 2022 at Moore's Jacksonville Funeral Home. Arrangements by Moore's Jacksonville Funeral Home, (501) 982-2136.
