Hope Vastine Shoultz, of Benbrook, Texas, formerly of Rogers, died on Saturday, December 3, 2022. Born on November 18, 1966, to Sally Pierce Vastine and A. Lane Vastine in Monroe, La. Hope was preceded in death by her grandparents, Arthur and Allie Ruth Vastine, her Aunt Martha Vastine and Richard and Virginia Pierce. Hope is survived by her husband, Michael Shoultz and stepsons Ryan and Taylor Shoultz. She is also survived by her parents A. Lane and Sally P. Vastine. Her sister, Beth Noblin and her husband, Tony, as well as her nephew, Jacob Noblin and a host of family and friends. Hope attended Rogers schools where she discovered a love of art. Following graduation in 1985, Hope attended the Art Institute of Dallas. Upon graduating, Hope began a technology career writing software manual for numerous companies in the Dallas area making lifelong friends and meeting her future husband, Mike whom she married in May of 2012. While in the Dallas/Ft. Worth area, Hope was active in the Ft. Worth Junior League where she enjoyed volunteering for charitable events. True to Hope's southern roots and her mother's example, she was ever the gracious hostess; Hope loved to cook southern foods and made amazing etouffee and gumbo. Genuinely concerned with others, Hope was known for her listening ear and caring nature. A memorial service is scheduled for Saturday, December 17, 2022, at 11 a.m., at the Central United Methodist Church of Rogers, 2535 West New Hope Road, Rogers, Ark., 72756.
