Greg A. Head

Springdale, AR, 1968 - 2022

Greg A. Head, 54, of Springdale, Ark., passed away on Thursday, December 22, 2022, in Springdale. He was born November 9, 1968, in Eureka Springs, Ark., to Joe and Kathryn (Clark) Head.
He was the Digital Operations Manager for Signature Bank of Arkansas. Prior to his employment at Signature Bank he was a Certified Professional Photographer. He was a believer from a young age, having been baptized in Beaver Lake. As an adult, he attended Christian Life Cathedral. He was a 1987 graduate of Eureka Springs High School and was so proud of his hometown. He held an associate's degree from Northwest Technical Institute, was an avid Arkansas Razorback fan, and longed to one day golf at Augusta National Golf Club. He loved his family more than anything and would talk to anyone and everyone about them.
Greg was preceded in death by his grandparents, George and Ruby (Whiteley) Head, and A.J. and Marjorie (Smith) Clark. He was also preceded in death by his father, Joe Head.
He is survived by his wife of nearly 30 years, Catherine "Cathy" (Swofford) Head; three daughters, Catelyn Devlin (Hazel) of Newton, Mass., Christen Million (Malachi) of Lincoln, Neb., Genna Grace Head of Rogers, Ark.; his mother, Kathryn Head of Fayetteville, Ark.; one brother, Gary Head (Teri) of Rogers, Ark.; one sister, Gayelynn Head (Kari) of Tulsa, Okla.; one aunt, Geneveive Bowman (Bud) of Eureka Springs, Ark.; three grandchildren, Oliver James Devlin, Archer Gray Devlin, and August John Million; father and mother-in-law, John and JoAnn Swofford of Tulsa, Okla.; brother and sister-in-law, Clark and Cheryl Robinson of Tulsa, Okla.; two nephews, two nieces, one grand niece, numerous cousins, and countless friends.
A visitation will be held at Christian Life Cathedral in Fayetteville on Friday, December 30, from 6-8 p.m. A Celebration of Life will be held at Christian Life Cathedral on Saturday December 31, 2022, at 10 a.m.
In lieu of flowers a memorial fund has been set up for the family at Signature Bank of Arkansas.
