Elizabeth Combs

Elizabeth Combs, age 87, of Huntsville, Ark., passed away Tuesday December 27, 2022. She was born January 17, 1935, in Fayetteville, Ark., to Forrest and Norma Pollock King. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband James Roy Combs and her son, John Albert Combs. She is survived by two daughters, Cherry Cousins and her husband Marvin of Huntsville and Lois Miller of Newport, Virginia; one son, David Combs of Huntsville; three sisters, Lois Clayton of Fayetteville, June Baggett and her husband Ray of Fayetteville and Virginia Woodfin of Grovetown, Ga.; brother Charles King and his wife Claudine of Siloam Springs; seven grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces, nephews, and loved ones. Graveside service will be 2 p.m., Saturday December 31, 2022, at Ledbetter Cemetery near the Japton community under the direction of Moore's Chapel in Fayetteville.
