AMY F. CLAXTON, 67, of Little Rock passed away on June 28, 2022. She was born on April 22, 1955 in Forrest City, Ark., to Virginia and Dwain Claxton. She is predeceased by her father Dwain Claxton and brother Robert Claxton.
Amy graduated from Hendrix College where she was a member of the choir. She went on to receive her PHD in Psychology from the University of Georgia. She is retired from the North Little Rock School District where she was the School Psychologist Specialist. She was also a member to the First United Methodist Church Choir.
