Samuel Scott, 73 of North Little Rock, Ark., departed this life July 3, 2022. He is preceded in death by his wife, Talitha Scott; and granddaughter, Kennedy Scott. He leaves to cherish his memory his children: LaKeshya Scott, Earl Scott, Samantha Scott, Keith Scott; brother, Bryon Tolbert; 13 grandchildren; and a host of other relatives and friends.
