Gary Duane Ewing

Gary Duane Ewing was born May 4, 1958, the 10th child of Frank and Gertrude Ewing. He was a crane operator for KanArk for many years, putting Elvis Presley's car in the Basin Hotel and placing the airplane and helicopter by Rogers Airport. Gary is survived by one brother, James Ewing (Ponca City, Okla.), and four sisters: Jesse Japhet (Lamar, Colo.), Sue Hogan, Doris Oxford, both of Garfield, Ark., and Alice Rich (Decatur, Ark.), and six children: Mistie Deal (Humboldt, Kan.), Sarah Ewing (N.C.), Lynn (Fayetteville, Ark.), Tamara Ewing, Andrew Ewing, (Rogers, Ark.), and Chloee O'Neal (Garfield, Ark.); and his companion, Jenny Marler (Garfield, Ark.). Gary is also survived by many nieces and nephews. Burial will be at McDaniel Cemetery in Lowell. Services are provided by Benton County Memorial Park Funeral Home.
