Elmer Ray Small, 68, of Little Rock, passed into the arms of Jesus Christ on June 12, 2022. Elmer was a member of Crystal Valley Baptist Church of North Little Rock. Elmer was employed by the Arkansas Democrat-Gazette for many years until his heath failed. On behalf of Elmer, Regina Ezell, and Torre Kindle, we would like to thank those who cared for and loved Elmer: his church family, work family, caregivers at Springs of Premier Health and Rehabilitation and Kindred Hospice.
