Hilda Mae Parr

Hilda Mae Parr, of Little Rock, was born to Americus Buford and Lois Mae Hunter on July 17, 1923. She passed on from this earth to her Heavenly home on Saturday July 9, 2022. Hilda was preceded in death by her parents; brother, Eugene Hunter; beloved son, Ronald Norman Parr; and great-granddaughter Kylie Michelle Parr. Hilda is survived by her three grandsons, Ronnie Parr, Raymond Parr (Patricia), and Tim Parr (Tabatha); a granddaughter, Patricia Edwards; 13 great-grandchildren, Caitlyn, Benjamin, Abigail, Sara, Hunter, Nathan, Natalie, Noah, Andria, Emily, Alex, Marcus, and Kayden; three great-great-grandchildren. Hilda was a longtime member of Asbury United Methodist Church. She retired from the U.S. Army Corp of Engineers in 1985 after serving in the Office of Administrative Services for 31 years. A visitation will be held at 10 a.m. Friday, July 15, 2022, followed by a funeral service at 11 a.m. at Ruebel Funeral Home. Burial will immediately follow at Roselawn Memorial Park.
